The following is a list of some of our most frequently asked questions. Hopefully these will answer most of the questions you may have.
Q: What formats are your designs available in?
A: Our designs are available in DXF, EPS, PNG, STUDIO3, and SVG file formats.
Q: Do I have to purchase each file format or do I get all of them when I purchase a design?
A: When you purchase a design, you will receive a .ZIP file which contains all of the file formats in it.
Q: What payment methods do your accept?
A: We currently use PayPal to handle our billing. PayPal accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards, as well as American Express and Discover credit cards.
Q: How soon after purchasing will I get the design(s) I purchased?
A: Once your payment is complete, you will receive a couple of emails. One containing the invoice for your records, and another which contains a link to be able to download.
Q: I didn't receive the email containing my download link. What do I do?
A: We first suggest checking your spam/junk email folder. We have found that, for unknown reasons, some customers email services route the emails to spam/junk mail folder. We have no idea why this happens for some and not others. We suggest that if you add the domain @cheapcuttables.com to your email whitelist to prevent this happening in the future.
Q: I checked the spam/junk mail folder and it's still not there. Is there any other way I can download my ordered files?
A: Of course. All you have to do is log in to your account (through the Sign In link at the top right area of the page) and then select Order History and Details. From that page you will click on the Details link for the order number of the product you are wanting to download. On the Order Details page, you will see the name of your ordered product. Just click on the name (should be a different color from the rest of the text on the page) and it will begin to automatically download your design file.
Q: What design program(s) will your files work with?
A: We selected the five particular file formats so that they would work with the majority of design and cutting softwares, including the most popular ones. Our designs work with Adoble Illustrator, Corel Draw, Inkscape, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Sure Cuts A Lot, Make The Cut, Easy Cut Studio, Vinylmaster Cut, ROBO Master Pro, as well as any other program which will import one of these file formats.
Q: My design/cutting program will not import or open the .ZIP format
A: .ZIP files will not open in a design/cutting program. A .ZIP file is a compressed file which contain all of the other files. It allows us to send everything to you at one time, in a much smaller file size. Before using the files in the .ZIP file, you will first need to extract them from the .ZIP file. In order to do so you will need to use a program such as WinZip, WinRAR, or 7-Zip for Windows or WinZip for Mac or iZip for Macs
